123 William Street
As part of the leasing program for 123 William Street, BR Design provided marketing plans, pre-built design, build to suit and pro. Managing services for over 250,000 RSF.
The 8th floor was a very unique space, having ceiling heights of almost 17’ due to being a mechanical floor with the ceiling slab, large ducts and exterior louvres. For this pre-built the existing slab was left exposed and decorative uplights were installed on the columns to highlight the ceiling. The perimeter containing new glass fronted private offices with dropped ceiling to disguise the large ductwork. A large pantry was created near reception to serve the anticipated guests and staff. The space was leased almost immediately upon completion and was modified minimally to meet the tenant’s requirements.
