BR Design Associates designed Publicis Groupe’s New York workspace around a unifying concept of water—fluid, reflective, and ever-evolving. The environment captures this theme through a palette of deep blues, soft neutrals, and iridescent accents that echo the movement and calm of water. Reflective finishes and subtly curved forms reinforce the sense of flow and connection throughout the space. At the heart of the office lies a versatile town hall area featuring rollable modular seating and a striking, water-like reflective ceiling that visually expands the room while enhancing its sense of energy and cohesion. Surrounding zones include an array of thoughtfully planned workstations and collaboration areas, balancing openness with individual focus. The result is an immersive, adaptive environment that mirrors the creativity and fluidity of Publicis Groupe’s culture—designed to support both the collective and the individual.
