BR Design Associates collaborated on The Greenwich, a luxury residential development, designing the lobby and rooftop deck to create a sophisticated, inviting environment that elevates the building’s appeal to tenants. The lobby features light natural stone walls and flooring that seamlessly flow together, producing a bright, airy, and luxurious entry experience. Statement suspended light fixtures add visual drama, while gold and brown brassy metal accents on the elevator banks bring warmth and richness. Linear inset lighting modernizes the space, reinforcing a contemporary, high-end aesthetic.
The rooftop deck continues the light, natural, and airy aesthetic, offering residents a serene amenity space with plush seating, natural wood, sand-colored stone, and woven furniture materials. Every design choice enhances the building’s overall sense of luxury, positioning it as a compelling investment that attracts discerning tenants and elevates the value of the property.
