BR Design Associates partnered with Marx Realty to design the 11th floor pre-build at 10 Grand Central—one of several spaces we’ve created for the firm across this landmark building and beyond. The design embodies Marx Realty’s signature blend of sophistication and modern warmth, balancing moody tones with rich materiality and refined detailing.
Distinctive arched entryways and fluted brown glass walls set a dramatic tone, while brown metal finishes, terracotta accents, and light stone surfaces create a harmonious interplay of texture and contrast. Gold and brassy hardware add an elevated touch, complemented by deep emerald green accents that nod to Marx’s signature aesthetic.
The layout includes open workstations, a striking conference room, and glass-front private offices, all unified by clustered accent lighting and natural dark marble finishes that enhance the space’s contemporary, atmospheric character. The result is a prebuild that feels both bespoke and adaptable, an elegant expression of Marx Realty’s timeless yet forward-thinking brand.
