BR Design Associates designed Ocean West Capital Partners’ 19th floor prebuilt at 285 Madison Avenue to embody a warm, inviting atmosphere with a refined modern edge. The space features an open plan layout complemented by glass-front private offices and modular seating zones that encourage both collaboration and focus.
A palette of natural woods, soft neutrals, and warm tones enhances the light, airy feel of the environment, while backlit shelving and a distinctive wooden grid ceiling with integrated accent lighting add depth and visual rhythm. Thoughtful use of track lighting and abundant natural light highlights material textures and spatial balance, creating a workplace that feels simultaneously elevated and effortless.
The result is a sophisticated, move-in-ready office that blends comfort, functionality, and timeless design—an ideal expression of Ocean West’s vision for contemporary workspace environments.
