Mariner Investment Group is an alternative investment management firm founded in 1992. As the name suggests, the firm’s aesthetic draws on a uniquely nautical identity, which BR Design brought into its 28,000 RSF corporate headquarters at 299 Park in New York City. A minimalist approach, warm color palette, and water-reminiscent blues reflect the prestige of Mariner’s brand. At the client’s request, BR Design created a sleek office space with meticulous attention to detail.
