For Peerless Clothing, BR Design Associates designed approximately 33,000 RSF across two full floors at 641 Lexington Avenue, bringing together executive offices, sales, reception, and flexible showroom space. The design balances a refined corporate environment with the functionality required for a fashion-focused workplace. Warm wood flooring, tailored furnishings, black metal detailing, and flexible display areas create a sophisticated backdrop for both day-to-day operations and client presentations. Branded showrooms support Peerless Clothing’s identity, while non-branded areas remain adaptable for changing collections and business needs.
