BR Design Associates designed ZCG’s 16,500-RSF corporate office on the 16th floor of 430 Park Avenue in New York City. Conceived as both a high-performance financial workplace and a contemporary gallery, the full-floor office combines open work areas, private offices, meeting spaces, and informal lounges within a clean, light-filled plan that supports focus, collaboration, and flexibility.

Rather than a typical corporate environment, the space is defined by its integration of art. Circulation paths double as gallery corridors, allowing bold abstract works and carefully curated pieces to create moments of discovery throughout the office. Crisp white surfaces, polished floors, exposed ceilings, and restrained architectural detailing provide a neutral backdrop that highlights both the artwork and the activity within the space.

The result is a refined, dynamic workplace that reflects ZCG’s disciplined approach while offering a refined and culturally engaging workplace. Through thoughtful space planning, art integration, and contemporary interior architecture, BR Design Associates transformed the full floor into a distinctive corporate environment in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
